President Biden also warns the citizens to be active against it as the fight is not yet over, rather the recent layer is stronger with the new variants. Coronavirus is still a big concern.
Some of the states of the US are removing COVID-19 restrictions gradually for the sake of their economies. The president especially warns those states to be cautious.
The time mentioned by the president is the time for the availability of the vaccine for all adults. It does not mean that all adults in the US will be vaccinated by the end of May. The administration will take time.
The arrival of 2021 brought a fueled up fear with the new variant of the virus. The confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been decreased to 68,000 from 300,000 cases reported on January 8, 2021.
The currently available vaccine only facilitated 76 million people. The said number of vaccines have bn administered. It covered only 15.3% of the total population of the US.
The US population is looking forward to President Biden to provide 100 million vaccine doses as promised by the president promised in his initial 100 days at the office. Currently, 1.74 million doses are daily administered.
Mr President shared this ‘great news’ with the people that vaccines are coming up this way and COVID is not over yet. The vaccine manufacturer Merck discontinued the practice but now assist Johnson & Johnson in the preparation of a ‘one-shot drug’ to provide them for all the people. He added that the supply of doses is one issue, while there is also a need for more people to inject the drug in the arms of millions of US citizens.

There is a warning from the federal health department to the states for not easing up the restrictions and the president also supported saying that despite the decreased number of cases, we cannot assume victory.
