Sukhrobjon Safoyev is a government-trained environmental law specialist and climate governance expert whose professional work has played a documented role in the development of environmental regulation, green energy legal mechanisms, and sustainable development policy frameworks. His career reflects nationally recognized expertise in environmental law, climate change mitigation policy, and ecological governance.
Mr. Safoyev developed and legally structured a national environmental protection initiative known as the “Yashil Makon” (“Green Nation”) project, designed to strengthen green infrastructure protection, environmental transparency, and sustainable land management. As part of this initiative, he created the “Register of Trees”, an electronic government system that introduced digital environmental monitoring, legal accountability, and data-based ecological protection into state governance practice.
