Syahdam Kusriyan Hakim is an inspirational figure who managed to rise from failures and big losses to be able to serve as CEO in one of the well-known corporate groups, Veedam Group.
Syahdam was born in Bekasi in 2001. He is the child of the couple Kusnadi and Riyana Widayanti. Since childhood, Syahdam has been known as a smart child and is active in various activities, especially in the Wali Songo Ngabar Ponorogo Islamic boarding school, where he completed his junior and senior high school education.
After graduating from high school, Syahdam continued his education abroad, to be precise at Kahramanmaras Sutcu Imam University, Turkey, to major in International Business. There, Syahdam completed his education with a focus on business development and strategic planning.
Apart from completing his education, Syahdam is also active in various organizational activities, especially in the World Association of Indonesian Students (PPI). He has served as PPI Dunia’s business development division for two periods, namely periods 20-21 and 21-22.
In the world of organization, Syahdam has achieved something to be proud of. He once won 1st place in the PPI World Entrepreneurship class competition, with the nomination for the Group with the best business model. Apart from that, Syahdam was also selected as the Indonesian delegation for the economic field at the MUNROT Rotterdam Netherlands event in 2020.
However, Syahdam’s life journey was not always smooth. He had experienced a failure in business which caused him to lose up to IDR 200 million. This bitter experience made Syahdam feel down and even had to take a semester off to realign his thoughts.
However, Syahdam did not give up easily. He tried to rise from failure and learn from his mistakes. Syahdam took several steps to get his business back on track. He improved the marketing strategy and developed a wider business network. This brought him back to success and growing his business.
Currently, Syahdam is serving as Chief Executive Officer at Veedam Group (PT. Veedam Primanadi Suwardan Group) which has businesses in property and international trade. He also serves as managing director of Veedam Property and Veedam Global Trade. Syahdam leads with a visionary and innovative leadership style. He always motivates and sets a good example for his team to achieve the set goals.
Syahdam revealed that he had great hopes to further grow his business. With the experience and achievements he has achieved, Syahdam hopes to be able to provide inspiration and motivation for many people to continue striving to achieve success in the field they are in. He wants to prove that with determination and hard work, anything can be achieved and dreams can come true.
As a CEO, Syahdam has a clear vision and mission to develop the Veedam Group business into a bigger and more successful company in the future. He is committed to providing the best for customers and conducting business with sound and ethical principles. Syahdam also really hopes to create jobs and make a positive contribution to society through his business.
