Interview
London Daily Post:
Mr. Guerra, let’s start from the beginning. How was TelcaVoIP founded, and how has it evolved?
Fabrizio Guerra:
TelcaVoIP was founded with the goal of providing advanced telecom services to businesses, initially focused on VoIP. Over time, we expanded into ICT integration, cybersecurity, and digital innovations such as blockchain and eSIM. Today, we operate globally with the same agile and customer-centric approach that made us successful in Europe.
LDP:
Your slogan is “Communications Without Borders.” What does that stand for?
FG:
It stands for removing barriers — technological, geographical, and cultural. We deliver digital services that are accessible from anywhere, designed to be simple, high-quality, and sustainable. For us, technology is not just about infrastructure; it’s about empowerment.
LDP:
Your eSIM service is getting strong traction. What are the main benefits compared to traditional SIM cards?
FG:
eSIM is a digital SIM that can be activated in minutes without the need for a physical card. The advantages are clear: no shipping delays, full flexibility, higher security, and a truly global reach. It’s ideal for travelers, digital professionals, and companies with remote or distributed teams.
LDP:
You’ve recently expanded into the U.S. Why this move, and what are your objectives there?
FG:
The U.S. is a strategic and dynamic market. Our office in Dover, Delaware gives us a local presence to better serve North American clients and to strengthen our global brand. We want to bring the same quality, flexibility, and customer care that distinguish us in Europe to a broader international audience.
LDP:
You’re an active member of AIFOD – AI for Developing Countries. What’s AIFOD’s mission, and how are you integrating AI at TelcaVoIP?
FG:
AIFOD aims to promote ethical and inclusive use of AI in developing countries, helping bridge the digital divide and create real-world opportunities. At TelcaVoIP, we use AI to optimize VoIP traffic, support predictive analytics, and enhance customer service with smart automation. But most of all, we believe that technology should serve people — not replace them.
LDP:
What are the next big challenges and goals for TelcaVoIP?
FG:
We’re focused on solidifying our global presence, expanding cybersecurity services, and developing white-label solutions for niche sectors — including luxury goods, where we’re creating a blockchain certification system for high-end watches, and tourism, where we see strong potential for eSIM and AI integration. Innovation is in our DNA, but we stay grounded in the real needs of our customers.
