The International Tent Pegging Championship in Traditional Sports Attire, held in Al-‘Ula in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, concluded after three consecutive days. The competition witnessed the participation of knights from ten countries: Saudi Arabia, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Jordan, Russia, Canada, South Africa, Kuwait, and Iraq. It constituted a unique sports competition, celebrating the rich heritage and spirit of challenge.
The City of Al-‘Ula is an oasis of beauty, where majestic desert mountains radiate breathtaking beauty. Its expanse is infused with history and the splendor of nature, stealing minds with its enchanting charm.
This championship was organized exceptionally by the Saudi Equestrian Federation under the supervision of the International Tent Pegging Federation, which highlighted Al-‘Ula as a global equestrian destination. The event attracted enthusiasts of this sport worldwide to witness a unique blend of excitement.
The winning knights and teams were honored by the President of the Saudi Equestrian Federation, His Highness Prince Abdullah Bin Fahd, in the presence of His Highness Prince Ahmad Bin Nooh Al-Thani from Qatar, and Anees Al Maamari, the Deputy Head of the International Tent Pegging Federation, and Haitham Al Al-Lawati, the Secretary-General of the International Equestrian Federation. Several sports personalities, heads of sports federations, and media professionals attended the event.
The results for the team competitions on the first day of lance competitions were as follows:

The best overall competitors in the Al-‘Ula International Tent Pegging Championship in Traditional Attire were honored as follows:
1st Place: Osama Liwaa from the Republic of Iraq
2nd Place: Fahd Al-Shimary from Emirates
3rd Place: Hamad Al-Riyami from Oman and Abdulhamid Al-Rashid from the Republic of Iraq.
